I had a Koi stuck in the bottom drain. I could not see the fish at all. It completely blocked the water from circulating. I called 14 different businesses from pond diggers to pond maintenence places to plumbers. No one even wanted to try to get the fish out. Then I called Schuelke's . Robert came out and said he would try to tackle it. He said he would not be responsible for the fish. The pond was drained (2200 gallons), and Robert and Andres worked at it. They not only got the dead stuck Koi out, no fish were lost. They were terrific, had a good sense of humor, and cleaned everything up. I will strongly recommend them for plumbing challenges. I am a happy camper and so are my Koi.

I called Schuelke Plumbing on Sunday, 7-2-17, and left my info with the receptionist. I got a call back from Robert with 10 minutes. Robert said he would be on site within two hours and arrived early. I went with the hydro jetting after he explained it to me. The hydro jetting pulled a massive amount of grease and sludge from the kitchen drain line. I have zero issues with the kitchen drain now. Robert was very friendly and professional. I can not speak higher of this company. I had a very large flood from my upstairs to my downstairs. I called them & they came out that day and actually started moving furniture so it wouldn't be ruined and set into taking exceptional care of me from that day on. They showed up on time every day & worked the entire day because they knew how much I wanted my house back. They are an "all in house" company. Meaning after the plumbing was completed they have their own men to rebuild walls, paint & tile. What a relief. Each man that came into my home was so respectful & made me feel very comfortable. I do have to give a very special shout out to Gary and Robert! They made me feel like family. It was a very difficult time for me & I can't imagine going through it with any one else. I was thrilled with my finished home.
